This depends on your insurance plan. Always check with your provider for the eligible benefits that they offer. Most insurance companies do cover compounded prescriptions. Most often, individuals must submit their claim manually to the insurance provider with the documents provided from the pharmacy (receipts & preparation breakdown list) for reimbursement.
